Review on Blackberry Key2
Pros
- Keyboard buttons are 20% larger and more tactile compared to its predecessor Keyone.
- With Snapdragon 660 and plentiful 6GB of RAM, it should be a noticeable improvement in performance
- The design looks a lot better with sharper corners and better grip so it is not as curvy as the Keyone.
- Up to 52 programmable keyboard shortcuts keys and a handy new Speed Key to launch shortcuts at anywhere.
- Just like the KEYone, it also conceals a fingerprint scanner right underneath the spacebar.
- The BlackBerry KEY2 is part of the Android Enterprise Recommended program, tailoring it to businesses and large organizations.
- Featuring two 12-megapixel cameras at the back, including an Ultra HD video-recording capability and a dual-tone LED flash.
- Unique touchscreen phone with an embedded physical touch-enabled keyboard, the keyboard itself can function as a trackpad as well.
- Pre-loaded with a full suite of BlackBerry notable solutions, like the BlackBerry Hub, BBM, Password Keeper, Power Centre, Locker and many more.

Cons
- The BlackBerry Key2 will present a steep learning curve for people who currently use all-touch phones.
- The Key2's 4.5-inch IPS LCD screen feels small after time spent with large-screen devices.
- Benchmarking test results were much lower than the most premium phones and is not fantastic at gaming.
- Still does not include modern features like wireless charging or 3D face ID.
- Same 3500mAh battery power as Keyone that does not quite hit the 4000mAh benchmark yet.
- Blackberry Key2 is really hit-or-miss when it comes to its low-light performance, it struggled to produce any sharp and clear photos.
- Sadly BlackBerry Key2 is not IP rated for water and dust resistant, means it might certainly get water damage if mishandled.
- The price is just too expensive for the hardware you are paying for, when you can buy OnePlus 6 at much lower cost.

Review on OnePlus 6
Pros
- The OnePlus 6 features a massive 6.28-inch AMOLED display, a 84% screen-to-body ratio thanks in part to the notch.
- A refreshing and huge leap in design, now made almost completely of glass, which curves around the rear.
- OnePlus has always jammed top-end specs inside its phones, it's Snapdragon 845 alongside 6 or 8GB RAM.
- Dash Charge charger are included, and it can replenish the OnePlus 6 from 0% to 60% in 30 minutes.
- Oxygen OS retains the look of vanilla Android, adding only extras that I think improve on Google’s operating system.
- The OnePlus 6 is more expensive than its previous predecessor models, however a great margin below brands like Apple and Samsung.
- Unlike most other major phones on the market these days, OnePlus still puts a regular headphone jack in its phones.
- Maximum brightness is high enough for outdoor usage, minimum brightness is low enough for comfortable night time reading.

Cons
- Still missing some of the flagship features like wireless charging.
- OnePlus 6 is water resistant (not IP Rated) but not waterproof, it will sustain water damage if submerged too long.
- The fingerprint reader on the back of the phone seems to only work when I place my finger in a very specific way.
- The camera is decent but not spectacular stunning, there is some coloration to the photos and struggles in poor light.
- Large screen means larger body to house the screen, can be a cumbersome device for those with small hands and pockets.
- There’s no expandable storage, you should think about your storage options wisely.
- Featuring only a single down-firing speaker, which is a little disappointing as it can be easily covered by your hand in landscape orientation.

Reviews on Xiaomi Black Shark
Pros
- Xiaomi Black Shark is an extremely rad-looking design with beastly hardware specifications built for gaming.
- Xiaomi Black Shark is powered by 4000mAh giant battery which supports quick charge 3.0.
- There is a detachable game controller designed to operate together with Xiaomi Black Shark, however is a an optional accessory.
- Xiaomi Black Shark runs on Joy OS based on Android 8 Oreo including some core features of the MIUI and noticeably with no much bloatware.
- The phone comes with 64GB and 128GB storage variants, you should be able to download and install a lot of games on this device.
- The special toggle on the right side of the phone called the ‘Shark key’, its function is to enter the special game mode based on the users’ preferences.
- For imaging duties, the dual-facing camera offers a 12-megapixel primary sensor, along with a 20-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/1.75 aperture for both.
- Xiaomi Black Shark featured multi-stage integrated liquid cooling system which dissipate heat better than other phones with similiar specs.

Cons
- You can't expand the storage in Xiaomi Black Shark as there is no dedicated slot for MicroSD Card.
- It doesn’t come with 3.5mm headphone jack for a multi-purpose entertainment phone.
- The gamepad controller is not bundled with the device, is purchased separately.
- The phone is also not certified IP68 for water and dust resistant.
- The electronic image stabilization is not working very well when shooting on 4K videos.
- Black Shark's 403pi is ideal for conventional titles, but not for VRs games.
- The phone sports a 5.99-inch FHD+ IPS panel with a resolution of 2,160 by 1,080, lacks 120hz.
- Unsure if Xiaomi will ever update its software and security as more games are being released.

Reviews on Huawei P20 and P20 Pro
Pros
- The P20 Pro is the world's first Leica Triple Camera , consisting of a whopping 40-megapixel RGB primary lens, a 20-megapixel monochrome lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens.
- No other phone can match the P20 Pro’s night photography, which makes even the Pixel’s low-light photos appear flat.
- All the P20 series are loaded with feature-rich custom software called EMUI 8.1, based on Android Oreo 8.1.
- The phones are featured with bezel-less large display for improved viewing experience.
- Kirin processor does enable AI imaging technologies for its cameras and it also supports augmented reality (AR) applications like Curate.
- There’s also an option to make the notch black all the time, effectively hiding the notch entirely.
- The twilight colour option is beautiful and really stands out against the competition.
- The specs are housed inside an IP67-rated (for dust and waterproofing) curved-glass body.
- The 3,400 mAh cell was more than enough for a single day of use even though it's smaller than the P20 Pro's 4,000 mAh power pack.

Cons
- Both P20 and P20 Pro does not come with microSD slot and 3.5mm headphone jack.
- The camera bump on the phones can be annoying as it sticks out enough and rocks on the table.
- Mirror glass back attracts fingerprints and dirt very easily after a day use.
- Bluetooth connectivity to a set of wireless earbuds wasn’t quite as good as a Samsung Galaxy S9+.
- The back of the phone is beautifully smooth and rounded in the hand, but is super slippery when placed on fabric surfaces.
- It has Dolby Atmos bulit-in, but Bluetooth headphones aren’t supported.
- There is almost no video stabilization in 4K compared to shooting at 1080p resolution.
- The Huawei P20 series don't support wireless charging.
- A little heavy and Corning Gorilla Glass Protection is not available.

Reviews on Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus
Pros
- The fingerprint sensor finally makes sense, putting its sensor below the camera lens.
- The stereo speakers on the S9 and S9+ are 1.4 times louder, and they're tuned by AKG for more robust audio.
- The 5.8-inch S9 and 6.2-inch S9 Plus are some of the biggest and brightest smartphones on the market.
- Instead of having a fixed aperture on the lens, the S9 can shift between f/2.4 and f/1.5.
- The S9 and S9 Plus have retained their headphone jacks, unlike other phones in the class.
- Samsung DeX pad turns the S9 and S9 Plus converting them into PC-style workstations in corporate environments.
- Starting with the latest Android 8.0 Oreo, Samsung seems to have built yet another impressive feature-rich Grace UX.
- The Galaxy S9 and S9+ price is fairly competitive, considerably cheaper than Apple's flagship.
- The new phones can shoot HD video at 960 frames per second, that means 0.2 seconds of filming turns into a 6 second video.

Cons
- The glass back easily collects fingerprints so it can start looking dirty very quickly.
- A phone made from glass makes the phone easier to break, with a higher repair cost.
- Samsung's Bixby button still can’t be removed entirely, although you can disable it.
- Samsung's AR Emoji convert facial expressions into humanoid cartoons are weird and not cute.
- The size of the phone is similar to the Galaxy S8, but it's now a little shorter and a touch heavier.
- The changes made from the S8 to the S9 seem mostly superficial and insignificant enough for an upgrade.
- The battery might last a tiny bit longer then the predecessor but not a quantum leap ahead.
- Exynos 9810 chip should be quicker than last year’s chip but the differences are unlikely to be huge.
- The Galaxy S9 series does not allow Intelligent Scan to be used in conjunction with Samsung Pay.

Reviews on Apple iPhone 8 and 8 Plus
Pros
- iPhone 8 and 8 Plus base model storage options started at 64GB and 3GB RAM.
- The A11 Bionic boasts six cores, two high-performance cores and four power-efficient cores.
- The Camera is now a larger, faster sensor, with optical image stabilization for clearer pictures.
- The biggest improvement over previous models is its wireless charging and rapid charging features.
- True Tone that adjusts the brightness and color balance of the screen to provide better viewing in all lighting situations.
- The iPhone 8 models have stereo speakers and is about 25 percent louder with the new phones.
- More advanced water resistant capability up to 30 minutes in 1 meter of water without error.
- iPhone 8 and the 8 Plus over the iPhone X; Functionally wise, they’re all identical.
- Expect 13-14 hours of battery life for the iPhone 8, and 14-15 hours (or more) of battery life on the larger iPhone 8 Plus.

Cons
- The single camera setup for iPhone 8 is a disadvantage for Augmented Reality (AR).
- Same old design as iPhone 7 and 7 Plus with a minor tweaks overall.
- The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus is not as water resistant as its competitors.
- The iPhone still does not offer expandable memory via card slot.
- The NFC functionality is limited to Apple Pay only.
- All-glass design makes it easy to break and expensive to replace.
- The large camera lump on the back makes the phone rock around when used on a desk
- iPhone 8 Plus is especially heavier than previous at 202g, almost too heavy for me to use comfortably.
- You’ll have to buy extra accessories before you can use the wireless charging method with any of these new iPhones.

Reviews on OnePlus 5T
Pros
- Full-sized glass display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
- Premium build quality, front with glass and body with aluminum.
- A sharp and vibrant screen featuring 6.01 inches Optic AMOLED display with 18.9 aspect ratio.
- Advanced facial recognition software takes the fraction of a second to identify and unlock.
- A flagship smartphone that is priced almost half compared to iPhone X.
- Same Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC processor which is used in OnePlus 5.
- LED notification indicator is available and useful for common indications like charging.
- It has an average 3300mAh battery, which is sufficient for normal to moderate usages.
- OnePlus 5T comes with the latest software Oxygen OS 4.7.4 and Android version 7.1.1.

Cons
- No wireless charging capabilities with this device yet.
- The camera does not feature optical zoom and optical image stabilization.
- The phone has no IP Rating for water and dust resistance.
- Camera Dynamic range/low light performance is useable but not impressive.
- There is no SD card slot for the expansion of storage.
- Camera in portrait mode may produce (sometimes) artificial-looking pictures.
- I found the phone just a little too large to hold, small-handed folks beware.
- The facial recognition does not work properly in the dark and it is not secure for bank apps or other sensitive data.
- While playing games in landscape mode, the finger will overlap on the speaker which results in muffling sound.
- It comes with old USB 2.0 which will be problematic for transferring large files as lack of transferring speed.

- The fingerprint sensor is located on the back of the phone.
- There are still bezels around the screen, unlike most of 2017's smartphone.

Reviews on Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus
Pros
- One of the best displays I’ve ever seen on a smartphone.
- Stunning design with beautiful curved edge glass and rounded edges.
- The camera can produce quality picture even in night and low-light environment.
- The phone is built with top-notch hardware and specification.
- Does include expandable storage using micro SD memory card.
- Samsung DeX's docking station can be connected to a monitor and start working like a PC.
- 18:9 display provides improved one-handed usability, viewing experience, and UI features.
- Compatible with Gear VR headset, apps and games.
- Dual Audio, play audio to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously
- The pressure sensitive home button is awesome and responsive.

Cons
- Rounded edge screen highly susceptible to cracking, expensive replacement price.
- Hybrid Dual SIM, no dedicated memory card slot.
- Awkward position of the fingerprint sensor, finger smudges on camera lens very easily.
- The Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus does have some bloatware pre-installed.
- Face recognition is slow and erratic and iris scanner requires user to remove their glasses.
- Older apps are not optimized for this ratio although this has nothing to do with the phone.
- Bixby itself is not to bad though, it is still a work in progress.
- Battery life is terrible without aggressive memory management and screen resolution downgrade.
- There are phones that is better value with comparable specs.
